Job Description of Branch Manager :
He/She shall be responsible for day to day operations of the Academic institution with regard to monitoring administration
Ensuring academic delivery
Effective student & faculty management
Business development of the center and public relations
Directing all operational aspects including distribution,customer service,human resources,administration & sales in accordance with the banks objectives
Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
Responsible for overall business profit & loss of the branch
Organising marketing activities and events for the branch
Drafting forecasts & business plans
Managing budgets,allocating branch funds and defining financial objectives
Adhering to high ethical & professional standards
Co-ordinating with other branches to share knowledge,plan promotional activities or achieve goals
Assessing market conditions and identifying oppurtunities
Briefing employees on current sales goals,promotions and other relevant information
Conducting regular operations meetings
Recognising employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment
Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed

Responsible for leading & managing group of telecallers & student counsellors.
Ensuring team is motivated & on toes with the task allotted
Keeping a track on the performance of the team
Assisting Branch manager for smooth functioning of the branch by taking some managerial task
Job Description for Student Counsellor
Candidates should be responsible for co-ordinating with leads & converting enquiries to admission
Act as a helpline to assist students with their doubts/difficulties
Co-ordinate with other centers in the region
Interaction with students & parents on routine basis

Handling assigned administrative tasks
Monitoring entire student cycle :Prospecting, counselling, admission, orientation, support

Tele counselling ability to convince about the courses to on phone plus invite to center
Followups on leads generated through various sources
