Cabin Crew Program

The Cabin Crew course is designed and delivered by British Airways and aimed at candidates from various backgrounds wishing to start their new career as Cabin Crew by developing their knowledge, skills and understanding along with meeting the general standards and requirements set by employers globally. The course is intensive and combines both theory and practical sessions, uses state of the art facilities and is delivered by highly experienced instructors from British Airways providing an ideal learning environment within the airport. The course is designed to enhance the chances of employment and set you apart from the competition.
Award in Cabin Crew
The course is intensive and consists of a variety of subject areas delivered using a mix of theory and practical sessions. This includes classroom based study along with use of simulators, learning zones, equipment, mock ups, role plays and much more. The course consists of the following 7 mandatory units:
SEP (Safety and Emergency Procedure) Aviation Medicine Aviation Security Customer Service Dangerous Goods Awareness Aviation Recruitment Process CRM (Crew Resource Management) and also BBA | MBA in Aviation and air port management
